1. Course Enrollment & Digital Services
All payments made for course enrollments or digital services are considered final.
Due to the nature of digital products and online services, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has started or course materials have been accessed.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may only be applicable under the following conditions:
If you are charged twice due to a technical/payment error.
If services are not delivered as promised (after proper verification).
If a cancellation request is raised within 48 hours of enrollment/payment and before accessing the service or course.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Fees for completed services, campaigns, or training sessions.
Customized marketing strategies or ad spends already executed.
Delay in usage of services due to client-side issues (missed classes, late submissions, etc.).
4. Cancellation Policy
Service cancellations must be requested in writing via email at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
No partial refunds are applicable for mid-month cancellations of ongoing services.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited through the same mode of payment used during purchase.
